| The Quality Deer Management Association
(QDMA) is a non-profit wildlife conservation
organization dedicated to promoting sustainable,
high quality white-tailed deer populations,
wildlife habitats, and ethical hunting experiences
through education, research, and management
in partnership with hunters, landowners, natural
resource professionals, and the public. |

An average adult doe will weigh 135#’s and provide 35#’s of venison.
An average 1.5-year-old buck will weigh 125#’s and provide 30#’s of venison.
(Another reason to select that doe for the freezer)
